A Bit About Me
I wear a lot of hats — and I know I’m not the only one.
I’m a business owner, wife, and mum of two girls. I run a family farming operation in Allora with my husband, sit on boards like AgForce Training, and volunteer in my local community. I know what it’s like to balance big ambitions with real-world demands — tight timelines, rural logistics, family responsibilities, and the pressure of running something that matters.
I’ve lived and worked in rural Australia my whole life — from our third-generation cotton, cattle, and grain farm in St George, to boardrooms, supply chains, and paddocks across the country. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the rural sector, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to run and grow a business in this landscape.
I’ve got a Bachelor of Agribusiness — but more importantly, I’ve got runs on the board. I scaled a niche cotton brand from the ground up (Australian Super Cotton), navigated succession in a multigenerational business, and led commercial strategy across agriculture, trade, and service-based industries.
These days, I bring that real-world experience into strategic coaching and advisory work — helping regional business owners build businesses that can grow without chaos, cashflow panic, or burning out the owner in the process.
